Welcome to Payout IQ. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our platform.
1. Overview
Payout IQ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that automates commission calculations and facilitates payout management for businesses. We are not a financial institution, money transmitter, or bank. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe Global Payouts, our integrated payment partner.
2. Use of Stripe Global Payouts
All payout transactions are handled directly by Stripe Global Payouts. Payout IQ does not hold, store, or transmit any funds on behalf of users. When you initiate a payment or payout through Payout IQ, you authorize Stripe to debit and credit funds according to your instructions and Stripe's own terms of service.
Payout IQ is not liable for delays, errors, or failed transactions caused by Stripe or any recipient financial institution. Users are responsible for verifying all payout amounts and recipient details before approving transactions.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for confirming the accuracy of commission calculations and payout amounts before submitting them.
- You must maintain accurate account and payment information
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with Stripe's Acceptable Use Policy
- You acknowledge that Stripe fees may apply to each transaction and are subject to change at any time by Stripe.
4. Stripe Global Payouts Fees
Below is a summary of fees as published by Stripe Global Payouts at the time of this agreement. Actual fees are determined by Stripe and may change without notice.

Cross-Border and FX Fees

5. Disclaimer of Liability
Payout IQ provides software tools to facilitate payout automation but does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation or the completion of any payout. All payments are subject to Stripe's processing and banking network rules. Payout IQ is not responsible for delays, fees, or losses resulting from third-party systems.
6. Modifications
Payout IQ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
